Early Action

Early action projects are developed out of the community planning process. Residents identify areas of improvement or spaces within the community that need investment, turning planning into positive change. Early Action Projects engage community members to get involved civically, addressing needs and improving community assets. The core team has collaborated with 5 communities within the Allegheny Dwellings Choice Neighborhood footprint- Allegheny Dwellings, Fineview, Perry Hilltop, California Kirkbride and Charles Street Area.
